Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are dispatched the next business day.
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
If a delivery attempt fails, your parcel will be held at a local depot for 7 days. If uncollected, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
