These Terms and Conditions govern your use of medi-cube.store and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include applicable taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Order Process

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. Card details are never stored by MARBEL TRADING.

5. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery to all UK addresses. Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for UK mainland, and up to 10 business days for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your order does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel without reason. We extend this to 30 days as part of our money back guarantee. To initiate a return, email [email protected].
